1. Photo Ownership

All photos taken with the Guest Cam at your event belong to you, the client. You maintain full rights and control over your gallery.

2. Gallery Access

Your gallery will be delivered privately to you via a secure link. Only you will have access to this link, and it is your choice whether you share it with others.

3. Marketing & Promotion

We value your trust. Guest Cam will never use or share your event photos for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without your explicit written permission.

• If you grant permission, selected photos may be used on our website, social media, or other marketing materials.

• You may withdraw permission at any time by contacting us, and we will remove your photos from future use.

4. Data Protection

Your photos are hosted securely through our gallery platform. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data or event content to outside parties.

5. Retention

Galleries are stored for a limited time (as outlined in your rental agreement). After this period, we may archive or delete your photos from our servers.
